Hi, I’m Carla, a female solo traveler, and a foodie!
I’ve been backpacking and exploring epic destinations around the Philippines and Southeast Asia for years now. I backpacked the countries in Southeast Asia on a budget and enjoyed crossing the borders and each town by bus and trains! I am also trying to explore my own country, one town at a time. My goal is to be able to explore all of the 81 provinces that we have in the Philippines at a leisurely pace.
I’ve never spent more than $15 a night on accommodation, I always enjoy eating street food, and exploring off-the-beaten-track places or places that are less touristy aside from going to the famous ones. I always like the feeling of being able to discover uncrowded places along the way. Getting to know the locals and exploring local cuisines and McDonald’s’ special menu (in each country) always bring joy to my heart!
